Preparation of architectural working drawings on Revit and MEP coordination works. BIM consultancy and BIM management on Autodesk BIM360 platform. Architectural consultancy during the construction.
Summary:
Based on Dante O. Benini and Partners' design project, all working drawings and MEP coordination works for the new production and social building facility of Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals Company is prepared by Rafine.
Also, whole building systems including some additional existing buildings, are modeled on Revit and managed on BIM360.
Project is located at Istanbul with total construction area of 50.000 square meters.
Responsibilities:
DESIGN
Preparation of all working drawings with Revit and coordination between project groups. Whole project and coordination done on Autodesk BIM 360 platform
CONSULTING
Technical consultancy, technical supervision during the construction with regular site visits, materials approvals and quality control.
BIM
BIM consulting and BIM management through the project. Project is managed on Autodesk BIM360 Platform.
MANAGEMENT
Preparation of tender documents for architectural works, bid management.
