This Mixed-Use Development represents a landmark urban intervention designed for a provincial administration in Turkey, setting a new standard for integrated city living. Developed by Rafine Project, this visionary concept design encompasses a total construction area of 190,000 square meters, meticulously balancing private residential comfort with vibrant public engagement. The complex features 500 high-end residential units designed for modern living, alongside a prestigious hotel and luxury residences that cater to international standards of hospitality.
Beyond housing, the project integrates dynamic commercial zones and expansive urban public open spaces, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that fosters community interaction. By blending architectural innovation with functional urban planning, the project serves as a catalyst for regional growth and a premier destination for both residents and visitors. This comprehensive architectural proposal has been successfully delivered, showcasing a sophisticated approach to large-scale urban development and a commitment to creating sustainable, high-quality urban environments.

BIM modeling and MEP clash-free coordination services for the project. Project is managed on Autodesk Construction Cloud

Design for some social spaces, preparation of architectural working drawings
